Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders are sent with Australia Post tracked satchels. You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Orders are packed and posted within 2–3 business days of purchase, and delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.

If you choose Express Post, your order will be packed by the next business day, with delivery usually taking 1–2 business days.

At this stage, shipping is available within Australia only.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you’re in Melbourne, you’re welcome to collect your order from Melton. Select Pick Up at checkout and I’ll send you an email when your order is ready, along with the exact pick up details. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Every order is carefully packed by me here in Melbourne. During busy times there may be a small delay, but I’ll always keep you updated and make sure your parcel is on its way as soon as possible.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your parcel has been sent, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. If your delivery takes longer than expected or appears lost, please reach out. I’ll do my best to help find a solution and get things sorted for you.
